maintain and repair facilities and to provide for growth, expansion and
equipping our county with the technology and infrastructure it needs and
deserves.

to improving conditions here. He believes in investing in people through
programs that address their needs.
Ability to analyze issues, develop solutions, communicate clearly and
build consensus necessary to move forward
Chuck's extensive involvement in organizational management on the state and
national level has helped him develop the ability to collaborate with people of
differing points of view and arrive at decisions that reflect the best parts of

skills contribute to Chuck's success in building consensus.
